THE INITIATIVE
SteppingStone is a pioneering initiative by RKG Ghee, launched in collaboration with the South Indian Culinary Association (SICA), marking the first-ever partnership between an FMCG brand and SICA. Through this program, RKG Ghee aims to nurture young culinary talent across South India by supporting the holistic development of catering students and equipping them with real-world industry exposure.

OBJECTIVES
Through a blend of speaker sessions, hands-on learning, and interactive knowledge forums, SteppingStone aims to achieve the following objectives:

SteppingStone was successfully executed across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, empowering students through five major chapters held in Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Chennai, Bengaluru

The initiative drew enthusiastic participation from both urban and rural culinary institutions, transforming each city into a hub for knowledge-sharing and inspiration.
