CONCEPT
Future-Ready is a CSR initiative by RKG Ghee, aimed at equipping students of Classes 9–12 with essential life skills for the future. Through interactive workshops and expert-led sessions, the program promotes holistic development and prepares students to handle personal, professional, and social challenges with confidence.
OBJECTIVES
The initiative blends experiential learning with practical guidance, helping students strengthen leadership, communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
OUR JOURNEY
Since its launch, Future-Ready has reached 60 schools across Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Karnataka, engaging more than 6,300 students through engaging, hands-on workshops.
Led by expert soft skills trainers including Harish Bala, Prem Sai Gurrala, Chenna Rao Kundeti, Sara Mowlika Devi, and Sani Azeem, these sessions have focused on building essential skills such as communication, leadership, creativity, and problem solving.
Through role-playing, goal-setting, and real-world exercises, students learned to think critically, lead with empathy, and face the future with confidence.
IMPACT
The program has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from schools, praising its engaging and practical approach. Students showed visible improvement in confidence, teamwork, and self-awareness.
Rooted in RKG’s belief that education extends beyond academics, Future-Ready inspires students to grow into confident, capable individuals ready to take on life’s challenges.
